Ken Jautz served as executive vice president, CNN-US [1]
A longtime executive vice president at CNN, Jautz was responsible for the network's programming from 2010 to 2013, a period during which CNN commissioned its first non-fiction series from outside producers and received critical acclaim for its international reporting, including Peabody and Emmy awards for coverage of the Arab Spring of 2011. Prior to that he was responsible for HLN where he revamped and rebranded the network formerly known as CNN Headline News and created several shows featuring well-known hosts, including Morning Express with Robin Meade, Nancy Grace, and Joy Behar.
Jautz, a longtime CNN and Turner Broadcasting executive, has managed several networks, including HLN, CNNfn and n-tv, a German national news channel. He also managed the CNNfn network, and served as managing director of n-tv, the first 24-hour national news channel in Germany.
