Kenneth Dunkin (born February 12, 1966) is an American politician. Dunkin previously served as a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 5th District from December 2002 until January 2017 and as an appointed by Governor Bruce Rauner to fill a vacancy on the Board of Commissioners for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago in May 2018,[2] serving until December of that same year.
