La Plagne (French pronunciation: [la plaɲ]) is a French ski area in the alpine valley of the Tarentaise (Savoie). Since 2003, La Plagne and the neighbouring resort of Les Arcs form the Paradiski ski area. It is currently owned by Compagnie des Alpes.
In 2014, La Plagne was named the most popular ski resort in the world with more than 2.5 million visitors a season on average.[1]
