Liang Eng Hwa (Chinese: 连荣华; pinyin: Lián Rónghuá; born 20 March 1964)[1][2] is a Singaporean politician and banker. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been the Member of Parliament representing Bukit Panjang SMC and the Chairman of Holland-Bukit Panjang Town Council since 2020 and previously the Zhenghua division of Holland–Bukit Timah GRC between 2006 and 2020.[3]
