Liang Mong Song is a Taiwanese electronic engineer. He is the co-chief executive officer of the Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation. He was previously an engineer at TSMC and Samsung Electronics.[1][2]

He is known as one of the "Six Knights of TSMC R&D".[3]
