Liberty Barros (born 1 December 2007) is an English flexible dancer, yoga dancer and media personality.[1][2][3][4] She is considered as the most flexible girl in the world.[5][6][7][1][8][9] She has Seven Guinness World Records to her name, including one for the highest number of backbends.[10][11][8][9][3][7] A flexible move called "Liberty Low Down" has been named after her.[5] She was featured on the front cover of the Guinness World Records 2024 book[12] and in Ripley's Believe It or Not 2025 book.[13][7]
