Lim Biow Chuan (Chinese: 林谋泉; pinyin: Lín Móuquán; born 22 May 1963)[1][2] is a Singaporean politician and lawyer who served as Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Singapore between 2016 and 2020. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) representing Mountbatten SMC since 2011. Lim was appointed as Marine Parade Town Council (MPTC) Chairman since 2015 and previously representing the Mountbatten division of Marine Parade GRC between 2006 and 2011.
