Mannan (transl. Monarch) is a 1992 Indian Tamil-language masala film^[1] written and directed by P. Vasu. The film stars Vijayashanti, Rajinikanth and Khushbu. It is a remake of the 1986 Kannada film Anuraga Aralithu Actually, the main knot of the story had already come in the Tamil movie Kanavan Manaivi, 1976 ^[2] written by Kalaignanam.^[3]^[4]
