Manuel Espino Barrientos (born 29 November 1959) is a Mexican politician affiliated to Movimiento Ciudadano. He is a federal deputy to the LXIII Legislature of the Mexican Congress from the fifth electoral region.[1] Espino also was a federal deputy in the LVIII Legislature and from 2005 to 2007 served as the national president of the PAN.
