Mike De Decker (born 15 December 1995) is a Belgian professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, where he is currently ranked world number twenty-four. Nicknamed "The Real Deal", he won his first major title at the 2024 World Grand Prix, defeating Luke Humphries 6–4 in the final. De Decker won his first ranking PDC title at Players Championship 16 in 2024 and reached his second major quarter-final at the 2024 Players Championship Finals.

In his youth career, De Decker won five PDC Development Tour titles.
