Minabe (みなべ町, Minabe-chō) is a small town located in Hidaka District, Wakayama Prefecture in the Kansai region of Japan. As of 30 November 2021[update], the town had an estimated population of 12,137 in 4725 households and a population density of 100 persons per km².[1] The total area of the town is 120.28 square kilometres (46.44 sq mi).
