The Philippine Collegian or Kulê (Tagalog: [kʊˈleʔ]) is an alternative Philippine news outlet and the official student publication of the University of the Philippines Diliman. Published in a wide variety of paper formats throughout its history, as well as online, it was first established in 1922.

The Collegian is commonly associated with the national democratic movement. Many of the publication's staffers opposed martial law under Ferdinand Marcos.[1] Some campaigned against the dictatorship through legal means while others fought to overthrow it through armed rebellion, joining the Communist Party of the Philippines.

The Collegian continues to publish views critical of the university administration and the Philippine government as a "mainstay of the Philippine democratic left."[2]
