Ploufragan (French pronunciation: [plufʁaɡɑ̃]; Breton: Ploufragan) is a commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department of Brittany in northwestern France.
Ploufragan lies adjacent to the southwest of Saint-Brieuc, the prefecture and largest city of Côtes-d'Armor.
