    • Ten Pakistan Army soldiers are killed in an insurgent attack in Kech District, Balochistan, Pakistan. The separatist Baluch Liberation Front claims responsibility for the attack.   • The Federal Communications Commission votes unanimously to revoke the authorisation of China Unicom to operate in the United States, citing national security and espionage concerns.
