Qadi

A qadi (/ˈkɑːdi/; Arabic: قاضي, romanizedqāḍī[a]) is the magistrate or judge of a Sharia court, who also exercises extrajudicial functions such as mediation, guardianship over orphans and minors, and supervision and audition of public works.[1]
