Rory Vincent Ellinger (June 13, 1941 – April 9, 2014) was an American lawyer and politician. Ellinger was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He served as the Representative for Pagedale, University City, and Wellston in St. Louis County (District 86) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2010[1] on the Democratic Party ticket.
