Santa Coloma de Queralt (Catalan pronunciation: [ˈsantə kuˈlomə ðə kəˈɾal]) is a municipality in the comarca of the Conca de Barberà in Catalonia, Spain. It is situated in the north-east of the comarca about 60 km (37 mi) from the city of Tarragona. The town is linked to the rest of the comarca and to Igualada by the C-241 road.
