Semikarakorsk (Russian: Семикарако́рск) is a town and the administrative center of Semikarakorsky District in Rostov Oblast, Russia, located on the left bank of the Don River, 137 kilometers (85 mi) northeast of Rostov-on-Don, the administrative center of the oblast. Population: 23,884 (2010 Census);[2] 23,473 (2002 Census);[6] 22,704 (1989 Soviet census).[7]
