It is unclear what the future of this article yields. I made it solely because it was linked to on an article about bridges. I don't believe this article should even exist. It has clearly violated Wikipedia:No original research and the only sources I used for it are untrustworthy. This is not a particularly important article either, if it didn't exist it's not like the effects would be devastating. It may be time for a deletion.
