- city and state the team was based in, e.g. [[Pottsville, Pennsylvania]]
- field
- home field of the team, e.g. [[Frankford Stadium]]
- division
- division the team played in, e.g. [[National Football League Eastern Division|Eastern Division]]
- colors
- main colors of the team's uniform, e.g. Black and red
- league
- National Football League, American Football League, etc...
- history
- other names with years of the team

- year the team was suspended by the league (this is mainly for unusual situations such as the indefinite suspension of the Milwaukee Badgers franchise)

- year and city with franchise the team relocated to e.g., 1929 to Boston

- common nickname(s) used by the team's fans, if any
- coach
- the team's head coach, e.g. [[Swede Youngstrom]]
- manager
- the team's general manager,
- owner
- the team's owner, can be a person or organization (i.e. some NFL teams were community-owned)
- championships
- list here individually the championships that the team has won, e.g. [[1947 NFL Championship Game|1947]]. If the team has not won any Championships, either exclude this parameter, leave blank, or simply state "none". It may also be appropriate to first include the total number of championships and then list the individual years in parentheses.
