The Barn Dance is a 1929 American animated short film and the third short film in the Mickey Mouse film series;[1] it was the first of twelve shorts released during that year. It was directed by Walt Disney with Ub Iwerks as the head animator.[2] The title is written as Barn Dance on the poster, while the full title is used on the title screen.
The short's copyright was renewed on December 10, 1956, so it entered the US public domain on January 1, 2025.[3]
