The Good Cop is an American murder-mystery comedy-drama television series created by Andy Breckman, based on an Israeli show of the same name created by Erez and Tomer Aviram (Yoav Gross worked as a producer on the Israeli show which the American series was based upon).[1] The ten-episode series premiered on Netflix on September 21, 2018.[2][3] On November 13, 2018, Netflix canceled the series after one season.[4]
