Valle de Banderas (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈbaʎe ðe βanˈdeɾas]) (Spanish for Valley of the Flags) is a town in the state of Nayarit, Mexico. It is the administrative seat of the surrounding municipality of Bahía de Banderas.
