The Watan Party of Afghanistan (Dari: حزب وطن افغانستان, romanized: Hezb-e Watan-e Afganestan, lit. 'Homeland Party of Afghanistan') is a social democratic political party in Afghanistan. The party describes itself as "national and democratic, progressive and reformist".^[1]
