Welcome! This is a request for comment to revise the current administrator recall procedures. Extended discussion is happening on the talk page, not here! This page will contain only the questions and survey; RfC monitors will be moving excessive discussion to the talk page. The questions are:
- First stage of admin recall: Should the first stage of administrator recall continue to be a petition based process?
- Opening a petition: Under what circumstances may a petition be opened?
- Number of editors: How many signing editors are required to trigger a reconfirmation RfA?
- Closing a petition: Should a petition that reaches the threshold number of signatures be closed before the end of the 30 days?
- No consensus outcomes: In the event that a reconfirmation RfA ends in a "no consensus" outcome of the community or the bureaucrats, should the administrator retain their tools?
- Recall discussion: Where should the petition discussion be held?
- Opposition: Should expressing formal opposition to the petition be allowed, and in what manner?
- Word limits: Whose comments at a petition should be subject to a word limit?
Right now, this is still a draft page. This RfC is not open yet! Please propose changes to the structure on the talk page. The talk page will be archived when the RfC begins. theleekycauldron (talk • she/her) 07:58, 27 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
