Zak Crawley (born 3 February 1998) is an English international cricketer who plays Test cricket for the national team. A right-handed top-order batter, Crawley has also played One Day Internationals for England, and in 2023 captained the side in two matches against Ireland. He plays domestically for Kent County Cricket Club.
Crawley made his international debut for England in November 2019 in the second Test match of England's tour of New Zealand. Following a score of 267 runs in 2020, he was named as one of the Wisden Cricketers of the Year in the 2021 edition of the almanack. Crawley's mentor is former Kent captain Rob Key; Key was appointed as Director of Men's Cricket by the England and Wales Cricket Board in 2022.[2]
