Nepenthes lowii, o planta de jarra de Low,^[6]​ es una planta de jarra tropical endémica de Borneo. Lleva el nombre de Hugh Low, quien la descubrió en el monte Kinabalu. Esta especie es quizás la más inusual del género, caracterizándose por sus cántaros superiores fuertemente contraídos, que tienen un peristoma muy reducido y una tapa refleja con numerosas cerdas en su superficie inferior.^[7]​
