گیرنده ۲ پپتید وازواکتیو روده‌ای (انگلیسی: Vasoactive intestinal peptide receptor 2) که با نام VPAC₂ هم شناخته می‌شود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «VIPR2» کدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴]

این پروتئین در رحم، پروستات، ماهیچه صاف دستگاه گوارش، کیسه منی، پوست، رگ‌های خونی و تیموس بیان می‌شود.^[۵][۶] این پروتئین در مخچه هم یافت می‌شود.^[۷]
