Kanai (m.kreik. Κάναι, myös Kane, lat. Canae) oli antiikin aikainen kaupunki Aioliissa Arginusain saariin kuuluneella Argennusan saarella.[1] Se sijaitsi nykyisen Turkin rannikolla lähellä nykyistä Bademlin kylää.[2][3] Kanain lähistöllä käytiin vuonna 406 eaa. Arginusain taistelu.[2][4][5]
