Personal Jesus on englantilaisen synthpop-yhtye Depeche Moden single, joka julkaistiin vuonna 1989. ”Personal Jesus” oli ensimmäinen single, joka edelsi yhtyeen seitsemättä levyä Violator (1990).^[2][3] Ennen Violatorin ilmestymistä julkaistiin samalta levyltä toinenkin kappale, eli ”Enjoy the Silence”, kumpikin kappale on Martin Goren käsialaa.^[4][5]

The Many Faces of Depeche Mode -levyn kansitekstien mukaan kappaleesta tuli Warner Bros. Records -levy-yhtiön eniten myynyt 12"-single.^[6] Single nousi Suomen virallisen listan sijalle 9.^[1] Muun muassa Johnny Cash, Marilyn Manson ja Def Leppard ovat tehneet kappaleesta coverin.^[7]
