Rouge the Bat on fiktiivinen hahmo Sonic the Hedgehog -sarjan videopeleissä. Hän esiintyy myös Sonic Archie-, Sonic X- ja Sonic Universe -sarjakuvissa, sekä Sonic X -animaatiossa. Rouge kuuluu toisinaan myös Team Chaotixin kokoonpanoon. Rouge on ammatiltaan vakooja, mutta harrastaa myös aarteenmetsästystä.
