Oberstadt est un quartier (Ortsbezirk) de Mayence, capitale du Land de Rhénanie-Palatinat. Le quartier a été créé en 1989 lors de la division de l'ancien centre-ville (Innenstadt) entre Oberstadt, Neustadt, Altstadt et Hartenberg-Münchfeld.
