North Brother Island est une île de l'East River, située entre le Bronx (dont elle dépend administrativement) et Riker's Island, à New York. Elle est située à quelques centaines de mètres au nord de son homologue, South Brother Island, et leur surface cumulée est de 81 423 m2.
