Le Sporting Union Agen Lot-et-Garonne, communément appelé SUA ou SU Agen, est un club français de rugby à XV basé à Agen, dans le Lot-et-Garonne. Il est l'une des deux sections fondatrices du Sporting Union agenais omnisports, club omnisports créé en 1908.
Il évolue depuis le 9 octobre 1921 au stade Armandie. Son palmarès est notamment composé de huit Bouclier de Brennus, trophée décernée au champion de France, faisant ainsi du club l'un des plus titrés au niveau national.
Le SU Agen évolue en Pro D2 en 2024-2025.
