Aloo paratha (lit. 'patato paratha') paratha ne (gurasa mai laushi) cike da dankali na asalin Indiya.[1][2] A al'adance ana cinye shi don karin kumallo. [1] [3]

An yi shi ta amfani da gurasar da ba a yi amfani da ita ba tare da yisti ba tare da cakuda dankali da kayan yaji (amchur, garam masala) wanda aka dafa shi a kan tawa mai zafi tare da man shanu ko ghee.[4] Aloo paratha yawanci ana ba da shi tare da man shanu, Chutney, curd, ko Pickles na Indiya.[5][6]

Kasancewa da dankali da soya yana sa ya fi girma a cikin adadin kuzari (290-360 adadin kuzari) fiye da yadda ake amfani da Roti (60 adadin kuzari).

A cikin karni na 21, saboda saukakawa, ayyukan aiki, karuwar kudaden shiga na gida, ƙananan iyalai da ƙuntatawa na lokaci, an maye gurbin karin kumallo na aloo paratha ga Indiyawa na birane da abinci da aka gani sun fi dacewa kamar hatsi.[3]
