Cletus Apul Avoka (an haife shi 20 Nuwamba 1951) lauya ɗan Ghana ne, ɗan siyasa kuma memba na Majalisar Ghana mai wakiltar mazabar Zebilla ta Gabas a yankin Gabas ta Gabas.[1]

Ya kasance shugaban masu rinjaye a majalisar a lokacin da yake kan karagar mulki sannan kuma ya taba rike mukamin ministan harkokin cikin gida da ministan filaye da gandun daji.[2]
