Cho Yong-pil (hangul: 조용필; hanja: 趙容弼; juga ditulis sebagai Jo, Yong-pil) adalah seorang penyanyi pop Korea Selatan yang lahir pada tahun 1950.^[1][2] Banyak penggemar Pop Korea yang percaya bahwa Cho merupakan salah satu figur penting dalam musik pop Korea dan telah memproduksi banyak lagu hit dalam sejarah musik pop Korea, termasuk "Return to Busan Port", "Dear Friend" dan "The Lady Outside the Window".^[2][3]
