Kereta api Mutiara Selatan^[a] merupakan layanan kereta api penumpang kelas eksekutif dan ekonomi premium milik Kereta Api Indonesia untuk melayani relasi Surabaya Gubeng–Bandung melalui lintas selatan Pulau Jawa. Kereta ini diluncurkan pada 17 Agustus 1972 di Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, serta merupakan layanan kereta penumpang tertua ketiga di Indonesia setelah Kereta api Bima dan Kereta api Mutiara Timur yang hingga saat ini masih beroperasi dengan nama yang sama.
