Massachusetts, atau secara resmi disebut Commonwealth of Massachusetts,[b] adalah negara bagian Amerika Serikat yang berada di wilayah New England, di Amerika Serikat Timur Laut. Massachusetts berbatasan dengan Samudra Atlantik dan Teluk Maine di sebelah timur, Connecticut dan Rhode Island di sebelah selatan, New Hampshire dan Vermont di sebelah utara, dan New York di sebelah barat.
