Lagu ini ditulis oleh Gomez, Antonina Armato, David Jost dan Tim James.^[1][2][3] Armato dan James, yang secara kolektif membentuk duo produksi Rock Mafia, juga memproduksi lagu ini. Lagu ini mid-tempo pop dan R&B dengan irama elektropop minimal, musik video lagu ini ditayangkan perdana pada tanggal 6 November 2014, bersamaan dengan pemutaran perdana lagu.^[4][5] Lagu ini merupakan rilis terakhir Gomez di bawah label Hollywood.^[6]
