Jeotgalicoccus er ættkvísl Gram-jákvæðra, valfrjálst loftfælinna og saltþolinna eða saltkærra baktería (gerla). Ættkvíslin dregur nafn sitt af kóresku fiskisósunni jeotgal, en úr slíkri sósu voru gerlar þessir fyrst einangraðir^[1].
