La Eighteenth Air Force (Air Forces Transportation) (18 AF) è la sola Numbered Air Force (NAF) in seno all'Air Mobility Command (AMC) e una delle più grandi NAF nella United States Air Force. La 18 AF fu attivata il 28 marzo 1951, disattivata il 1º gennaio 1958, e riattivata il 1º ottobre 2003. La 18 AF ha il suo quartier generale presso Scott Air Force Base, nell'Illinois.
