Richard Verstegen, noto anche come Richard Verstegan, Richardus Versteganus o Richard Rowlands (Londra, 1550 – Anversa, 1640), è stato uno storico, incisore, poeta ed editore inglese autore di opere in latino, inglese e olandese[1][2].
