Eclipse Public License （エクリプスパブリックライセンス、EPL）は、オープンソースのソフトウェアのライセンスの1つで、Eclipse Foundationにより、そのソフトウェアであるEclipseなどのために使用されている。EPLは、IBMのCommon Public License (CPL) の派生であり、特許の訴訟に関するいくつかの用語を変更している[4]。
