Hsp70（70 kDa heat shock protein）ファミリーまたはDnaKファミリーは、普遍的に発現している保存された熱ショックタンパク質のファミリーである。類似した構造を持つタンパク質は事実上すべての生物に存在する。Hsp70はタンパク質のフォールディング装置の重要な部分をなし、ストレスからの細胞の保護を助けている[2][3]。
