Papyrus 100 (in de nummering van Gregory-Aland), of ${\displaystyle {\mathfrak {P}}}$¹⁰⁰, of ‘’Papyrus Oxyrh 4449” is een handschrift op papyrus van Jakobus 3:13-4:4; 4:9-5:1. Het handschrift is zwaar beschadigd. Op grond van schrifttype wordt het gedateerd in de late 3e of vroege 4e eeuw.<^[1] Het manuscript wordt bewaard in het Ashmolean Museum (P. Oxy. 4449) in Oxford (Verenigd Koninkrijk).^[2]
