De tanzaniaroodsnaveltok (Tockus ruahae) is een neushoornvogel die voorkomt in het Afrotropisch gebied. De soort wordt vaak nog beschouwd als een ondersoort van de roodsnaveltok (T. erythrorhynchus ruahae).
