Francis John Miller (fødd 2. november 1949) er ein skotsk rockesongar og låtskrivar, og skodespelar.[1]
Miller skreiv for og spelte med mange artistar og er mest kjend for albumet Full House frå 1977 og singlane «Be Good To Yourself», «Darlin'» og duetten sin med Phil Lynott på Thin Lizzy-songen «Still in Love with You».
