Um superorganismo ou supraorganismo (este último é menos frequentemente usado, mas mais etimologicamente correto)[1] é um grupo de organismos sinergeticamente interativos da mesma espécie. Uma comunidade de organismos sinergeticamente interativos de diferentes espécies é chamada de holobionte.
