Abd al-Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli, better known as Abu Ali al-Anbari, (Arabic: أبو علي الأنباري; born 1957/1959 - died 12 December 2015) was an Iraqi militant jihadist of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant. He was the nom de guerre for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) governor for territories held by the organization in both Iraq and Syria.
